stopped by TREASURY to visit cathy and katerina this evening. their brilliant shop is filled with beautiful hand-picked fall pieces, all sorts of lovely adornments, and wooden goods. they have the most excellent taste!!

getting ready for fall

i'm in the middle of cooking two soups on the oven...
+ a hearty chicken stew with chickpeas, okra, and wild rice
+ spinach and shitake mushroom in a clear broth.

on a side note, my little brother joe is heading out to vietnam for six weeks! he'll be teaching english at mai am orphanage and is doing a bit of fundraising for the children. have a look over here.
